| Server Engineer | This position involves the direct provision of our services to the customer. You will test the machines to be used for server provisioning. Only machines that meet the stringent standards of our testing will be used for customer services. You will also operate at the data center level, physically setting up servers and configuring software settings to prepare the customer environment. In addition, you will have the opportunity to perform after-sales maintenance and respond to server trouble to provide a stable environment for the client. |
| Network Engineer | As a network engineer, you will recommend network setups that fit the needs of the client. At times you will also accompany our sales representatives to meet clients and discuss service offerings directly. You will also manage and maintain the internet connectivity of our datacenter network. In addition, you will respond to any network trouble and handle other network engineering tasks such as IP address management. |
| Technical Support | You will be involved in the provision of technical support to our clients and partners. You will respond by phone and email to inquiries concerning our services and how to use them. This position is a great opportunity to gain technical knowledge as well as hands-on customer experience. |
| Corporate Sales | You will listen to the client's needs and make the most appropriate service recommendations. Most of our clients are corporate so your duties may also include developing new solutions for our corporate clients. |

| Salary | 2013: Initial monthly salary (including overtime): 230,000+ JPY 2012: Initial monthly salary (including overtime): 225,000 JPY 2011: Initial monthly salary (including overtime): 220,000 JPY * Including graduates of postgraduate, bachelor and technical school programmes |
| Fringe Benefits | Housing allowance (If you live within 30 minutes of the Tokyo office, you are entitled to a housing allowance of up to 40,000 JPY.
