データセンタにおけるサーバやネットワークのオペレーション。データセンタ内のインフラ、顧客のネットワーク及びサーバを監視し、障害時には一・二次障害対応等。

| 職務内容 | データセンターにてサーバ・ネットワーク機器の設置・運用・メンテナンス業務を主に行ないます。具体的には、データセンター内のインフラ、お客様のサーバのセットアップをはじめ、新たなネットワークセグメントの構築の立案・導入・保守、障害に対する一・二次対応を行ないます。必要に応じ、Ciscoや他のネットワークベンダー機器の設定変更、パーツ交換、リセット当の作業を他の部門、ベンダーと協力して実施させます。 |

| スキル | テクニカルスキル（ハードウェア、ネットワーク、OS 、ソフトウェア）を幅広く持っていること。その中で得意分野があり、その部分については特に高い知識があると尚可。語学面として、機器マニュアル等の英文が理解できるレベルの英語力が必要となります。ルータ、L2/L3スイッチその他のネットワーク機器運用経験のある方も歓迎します。 |

| Job Description | You will be responsible for servers and network operation. You will watch over the infrastructure of data centers, network, and servers of clients as well as respond to technical issues. Your duty includes setting up new servers, establishing new network segments, anticipating possible technical problems and notifying those issues to clients. Conducting projects with other network vendors such as Cisco will also be required. You will be keeping records of all past problems and solutions for future use, supporting technical training programs, and developing new soft wares. |
